POV EMPLOYEE TRANSFORMATION
Make people
feel seen.
We find the people whose energy lights up a room, put cameras on them, and send that energy out into the world. The transformed employee is the product. The content is just what you can see.
BY REFERRAL · FILMED FROM THE INSIDE · SF → WORLDWIDE
Treat them like family and they will always be yours.
Skill isn't the differentiator.
There are a lot of good businesses. What produces the referral is how someone felt while they were with you — and the person who made them feel that way works for you already.
We train that person. Then we film from behind their eyes, so the people who weren't in the room can feel it too.
Four pillars
01
POV content mastery
Shooting from the inside of a real interaction, not around it. Format, framing, consent, volume.
02
The way you welcome
The invite, the charisma, the open kindness. Practiced until it's simply how your people are.
03
How your team feels
Why your people show up the way they do, and how to bring out their best without adding a new process.
04
Why people come back
Remembering their name and what they shared, so next time you can ask how it went.
Who this is for.
Your people are the business. What you offer comes down to how people feel dealing with you. The first interaction is everything — we capture it as it happens, from your eyes, no script, no reshoots. Any industry, any size. Come see how we do it.
We work by referral, and we take on a small number of businesses at a time.
One offer. Everything included.
No tiers, no packages. One path that grows with you. The warmth you give in person gets felt by everyone who finds you online. The people who already love you become the ones telling your story. Then we build the habits that bring them back and keep them, until connection runs through every level of the business. Training, filming, editing, publishing, and the system your team keeps. Priced per business, by scope, with a setup fee to start.
